Yup!
Count me in! My mountain-climbing vacation starts September 6, and I am motivated to make some progress, including weight loss and fitness gains!
My goals: - Lose 10-15 pounds during August. (Since I'm starting at my top weight, I don't know what to expect. This challenge will begin before I enter into my second week of Induction!)
- Drink 64 ounces of water every day (real water, not decaffeinated wet stuff)
- Continue weight-bearing split (e.g., 4 days; Wednesdays off)
- Start something aerobic
- No snacking when Induction officially ends (8/10); this means no nuts!
- Eat only real food, which means protein, cheese, eggs, oils, and vegetables.
