My Dh mentioned something yesterday...he said "Imagine what you will look like 6 months from now?"
You know I really hadn't even thought of it...I'm just taking it day by day but, the thought of what I'd look like 6 months from now..I don't know? I just hope it's something close to what you look like now Built.
Though I know I will need a lot more years to look as great as you do... I'll just keep on going...there is no turning back for me now...no way!!

Seated leg extensions 3 sets of 12-10-10
(45lb).
SHOULDERS & TRICEPS (cut down on rest time)
Upright rows (40lbs) 4 sets of 8-8-8-6
(no rest) Arnies- 3 sets (25lbs) 10-8-6
Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise With Head On Bench
3 (15lb) sets of 12-10-12
Incline Dumbbell Flyes - With A Twist
3 sets (15lb) of 8-6-5
Overhead tricep extensions (used 20lb barbell)
3 sets of 6-6-6
