New Measurements - One Month + 4 days...
Measurements
Waist: 40" - down 1" from 41"
Hips: 48.5" - up .5" from 48"
Belly: 49.5" - down .5" from 50"
Chest: 36" - down 1" from 37"
Left Arm: 16.25" - down .25" from 16.5"
Right Arm: 16 - down .5" from 16.5"
Left Thigh: 28.5" - down .5" from 29"
Right Thigh: 28.5" - down .25" from 28.75"
Left Calf: 17.5" - down .5" from 18"
Right Calf: 17" - down .5" from 17.5"
Down 4.5" in a month. Not sure if I am happy with that or not. I guess it isnt bad for 3 weeks of exercise out of the month. I dont know what is "normal". Hey - at least it is down! (except for the hips
)
The other thing I wonder about is consistency and if we are measuring at the same place...
