Default grrrrr weight gain

son of a ...... I was having such a good weekl, had lost three lbs or so so far and today I step on the scale and I've gained four. Back to sqaure one

What did you do differently? Ate salt, didn't drink enough, ate too many carbs, changed scales?

It's not square one if you learned something from it, and most of us vary depending on all sorts of factors. It's a WOL and over time, the weight will fall away. But maybe not from any one day to another.

yeah i suppose there was more salt then normal in yesterday;s food. come to think of it. Scales where the same ones I normally use. So I guess it's something I ate. Still got me when i say the numbers today. As for drinking nope I've been drinking a lot or water

that always happens to me; i lose 3 or 4 pounds one day, and the next they are back on. Give it a couple more days and youll see that eventually the scale will go down, and it will stay there. Dont sweat it, just keep doin what your doin
