Default Mix feeling about this

Lets say i am taking it not to waste it, before i was taking it to get bigger, to have the cell voluminizing effect in muscles.

To be honest i didnt quit see any results from it, apparently its the best amino acid in the body.

I havent notice any effect on craving either.

I started taking it for cravings, which helped a little, but what it did the best is help me gain 3 pounds of muscle mass. I take about 15 - 20 grams a day when I do heavy weights, about half that when I don't. For sugar cravings, I find chromium to be the best.

I take a chromium capsule that has l-glutamine and a couple of other amino acids. It definitely keeps my blood sugar level and I don't have cravings the way I used to (too bad it can't do to bad habits what it does to physical cravings...)

I take it for cravings, at lunch and dinner. I generally get through breakfast OK, but I've found that sometimes lunch and dinner "run long" = grazing after I've clearly had "enough." L-glut seems to help with this, or at least, I believe I graze worse when I forget to include the L-glut in my lunch and dinner vitamins.
