New Years
A friend asked me to order an Atkins Diet Diary for her (I got one last year; don't use it much, but it's nice ) and it hit me. For the first time in years, my New Year's Resolution isn't "Start a diet January 1."
Actually, I don't have any New Year's Resolutions, and don't plan on making any. Instead, I have a long term goal list and am working my way down it (very slowly )
It's very freeing. "Starting again" on January 1 was another way of saying "Failed again, have to get back to it." I haven't failed this time. (almost added the "yet")
