Default I am so glad you are here....

Well now.. lookie here.. seems like we are all gathering in the June meadows here... Welcome to the newcomers to this challenge.. I think you will like it around these here parts.... And hugs and hellos to all of the friendly familiar faces, and those that are popping back in after busy months...

Don't worry about posting the whole list each and every time you post a message.. when its important is on weigh in day, or when someone new joins in...cause people sometimes find the thread mid month or the such.

Also..if your weigh in day is different than Mondays..that is fine.. do what works for you..just update the list when you post your weight...so the following Monday we copy the latest list with all the new results.

Curious and have to ask...what is pink flamingo'ing? LOL.. sounds fun whatever it is Annie Pie!

And I noticed that all Maury does is paternity shows now too.. how boring.... doesnt he know its just OLD!!! :: gag ::

I hardly ever turn the tube on.. I know what shows I enjoy.. and really with all the camping we have been doing already this year.. its a waste of money for me to have such a big cable package, think I will call and have it reduced to a smaller package... .they will probably song and dance me that it wont save money, or some garbage.. lol.. will see..

Ok. off to fix up my fitday for the days stuffs I had... Toodles.........

Love and Laughter,
Dawn

Default I did it!

I had my wisdom teeth (only 2 this time) extracted yesterday and I was feeling sorry for myself when I got up this morning, I almost had myself talked into eating my husbands poptarts for breakfast. But then I remembered this challenge and did not want to let myself or you guys down so I ate a mock danish and 3 strips of bacon, filled my gallon water jug up to see how much I can drink (this is new from me!)

Just wanted to say Thanks for letting me join! Now I just need to keep it up!

Good Luck To All!
Julie

37-48Ford - it's AWESOME!! We have a 38 Chevy truck & a 53 Chevy truck. We also have a 84 Firebird (1200 original miles) in storage, and an 87 Firebird that we drive. A 24 Model A is coming this month - my Dad restored it from the ground up. This will remain in our family, as it will be the last one he will do. We have so much fun going to the car shows..... We are taking our first trip up north Fathers Day weekend in the 38 which will take us about 8 - 9 hours - I can't wait! Do you ever go to the car shows?

Simply Dawn ~ Great cartoons!

37-48Ford, your "baby" is wonderful. Restoring a classic has always been a dream, right now I'm just working on myself, classic enough!

jun keater---start a journal so we can chat! I am not sure everyone will want our car stories in the June Challenge! But I would love to keep in touch!

Thats cool, you have Antique cars too! Hubby and I also have a 48 Ford Truck, My dad (lives next door) has 39 Buick and 41 Plymouth. Speaking of Chevy Trucks, my sister has a 37 Chevy Truck (streetrod), 39 Ford Truck, 37 Ford Club Coupe, 65 Ford Truck.

Is your 38 and 53 Chevies restored original or streetrod? All my cars and dad's are restored original.

When you get a journal...post your pictures in the gallery! I will try and get mine too! I would love to see pictures!

I had a '80 Firebird Formula in highschool! It was a little built and nothin' in town could out run it! (tomboy!) But still haven't grown up and I am 35!

Yes we go to car shows quite often (every weekend) and we also belong to the AACA (Antique Auto of America Club) and EFV8C (Early Ford V8 Club) we travel quite a bit in our cars, Hubby and I have put 28,000 miles on the 37 in just under four years. I live in GA and we have driven to SC, NC, TN, Al, FL and of course form the top of GA to the bottom!

DH is working on restoring a 55 Chevy right now, not ours (customers) He restores antique cars on the side for extra money!

Well I better get busy...

Send me a PM when you get your journal!

Best Wishes
Julie

Default Hey Everyone!

Sorry, But I had to sneak a peak this morning on the scale, (I knew my weight was up because of this past week and weekend) I am down 2 pounds from the five that I added last week (I had folks from out of town visiting and Mom and Dad's 50th). Now if the other three will leave as fast and bring the other along with it!

Hope Everyone is Doing Great!
Julie

I usually gain water weight. But I still lose fat during my TOM so after TOM I have a couple days of lots of whooshing.
