Hey there twin -
If I could make a suggestion that will not only work better(burns more fat, builds muscle better), but also feel more pleasant to do (and therefore might coax you into the gym more often...)
do your weights first, THEN do your cardio. There's a link on the first page of my journal about this, and a number of threads around the exercise forums as well.
And good for you for getting back to it!
