Sara,

The site was very informative....thanks again. We have to have teammates for this triathalon and it's a matter of getting my teammate motivated to train for it. My younger sister and her co-worker are doing it as well, so I thought we could all train together. I'm the most motivated one and I'm the oldest...lol What exactly is KISS? All I know is I need to do something to get this weight moving.

Kiss Challenge The first page of the challenge has a few links that explain the rules. I try to cut out everything except meat, eggs, and low-glycemic veggies, and fat. They say to do it low-fat, and people do, but they really notice the effects of taking fat out of their diet. It works for me fine if I cut out all the processed and preserved junk and eat all the fat I want.

Thumbs up

Sara,

Hi! Well, count me in even though it'll kill me to give up my coffee in the morning. When do we start?

Hey ya'll must be looking good--good---gooder.
A lot has been going on since I last logged in. I've been really off my program and my lifestyle has changed now that my oldest is gone to Fla. and doesn't want any apron strings attached. I'm having difficultly launching my sign busness here for several reasons - most of all - stress, and I would really like to rejoin you gals for some focus and some strength. I've only been in this little town for 1 1/2 years and its hard to make girlfriends at 48 - when hours are limited to24 in a day. I still have a 7 yr old at home and now that we are on summer break, I have to find things to do with her. Anyway, wanted to give ya a quick hello and see if ya'll are still posting here or in journals. I don't even recognize this site since the change. Let's seeif I can get to my journal
Later Gator
