I've been absent for a while-finally feeling well again. I haven't gotten on the scale because I feel heavier. I managed to stay on plan during my illness. I'm looking forward to getting outside and being active this weekend, that should help. Great job everyone!

Hey team! Looks like everyone's really sticking with it - well done!

Sorry I haven't posted lately, but I've been moving and just set up the PC today. It's good to see that the team is still going strong!

I'm still bouncing up and down by about a pound or two but not losing. Hopefully things will start dropping soon. Argh!

Have a great holiday weekend!

Well, no loss this week. The tape measure gave me some good news though so I am not to down about it.

Marebear I am doing 30 minutes of cardio on a bike with differing resistance. I am also weight training my upper and lower body every other day. I am becoming a daily gym rat. I thought I was going to die the first two days but it is getting easier as the days go by.

199.5 today. I don't know that it'll stick, but I'll take it for today. ;-)

908.5 - .5 = 908

Thank you! I'm not celebrating yet, cause as fickle as my weight has been lately, it could go right back up. I'm thinking when I get to 197 I'll celebrate.

Shucks Team: I am up three pounds this week and that is the most I have ever gone up since I started . I had a bad sugar day, but JEEZ!!!! I am hoping June will be a much better month weight-loss wise. Everyone is doing so terrific!

Hey Team, do you think this thread should go in the buddies or challenges section? It does seem to fit in the challenges threads. I had never thought about it, actually.

Hello Everyone,

No loss since last week but I am going to measure tonight, my clothes feel like they fit better so we will see. I must have some residual PMS cause the comment about where we should have our thread struck me wrong.....dont know why it just did ( yes, my head may begin to spin around very soon, I'm in that kind of mood today!! )
