How to use port wine cheese?

I have port wine cheese in my frig.
I was going to buy bagels before I decided to go back on Atkins.
Any creative ideas on how to use port wine cheese.
I know I can eat it with chicken. Looking for other ideas.

how many carbs are in port wine cheese? I love the stuff but always assumed it was super carby, since port is pretty carby and I never touched it.
