Here's what I think. Winners has a special strategy in products rotation, and as food items are not on the top of their lists, chances are they may not order more, they'll just look for other products to "rotate."

However, I've seen a few coffee shops and some of the fancy gourme soupermarkets (the ones with coffee bars like Urban fair in Vancouver) carry them.
