If you want to whooosh you have to do one thing: drink water. Lots of it. As you lose body fat your fat cells stubornly hold onto water to compensate; they do not like to shrink. To get them to let go of the water you must drink more water. Eventually they give up and whooooosh; you wake up 3 or 4 lbs lighter one morning. You didnt lose 3 or 4 lbs overnight, you've been losing it the whole time.
You can usually tell if you're in the midst of one; strong keto breath, very thirsty and you're in the bathroom a lot (like when you first started out LCing). It's important too that you get enough sleep so that the proccess can actually happen.
