Default finally got compliments
I finally got my first compliments today. Two of them in fact. One was like Oh my Gosh! I said what, thinking something had happened. She said you have lost some weight. And later on in the day, another person said, I can really tell you have lost weight. I was so happy because these are people that I know wouldn't say anything unless they really did see it. I was wondering how long it would take before anybody said anything. This is just that much more motivation to keep on going!

WOOHOO....wonderful isn't it when you've lost so much people notice. With me it went in stages, people noticed my face getting thinner, then nothing for many pounds, then all of a sudden EVERYONE noticed.

Great job on your loss...keep it up...you're on your way!!!

Congrats! I lost 30 pounds before anyone at work noticed. Then one day I wore a pair of slim-fit black slacks and a black form-fitting sweater. Suddenly, everyone came out of the woodwork with gushing compliments.

It sure does feel good, and reinforces your commitment to this WOL.
