According to Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR), you really dont count carbs in induction. You eat until you are satisfied, but not stuffed. If you havent read the book, I highly recommend you do, it has a world of information that will help you make the right choices. Actually, I cant imagine starting this Way of Eating without it. But to further answer your question...generally calorie consumption is 10x - 12x your weight, 135 x 10 = 1,350 daily (up to 12x).
