Exclamation I seemed to have stopped losing weight

I just have another question (duh) I am still on phase one but it seems like I have stalled. I actually did gain a pound. I am due to go into phase 2 very soon but I am worried that I will gain and not lose anymore, especailly since I have stalled so soon. I know some people actually lose more weight during phase 2. Just looking for some ideas or advice on it. Thanks again-

You will lose a lot of excess water weight on Phase 1. This weight fluctuates based on how many carbs you are eating, how dehydrated you are, etc. Women also see weight fluctuations due to their cycles (my wife will drop 3-4 pounds at the end of her period)

Don't worry, follow the plan, exercise with weights, and don't obsess about the scale. Weight loss will slow in Phase 2.
