Does anyone want to countdown to 299 with me? I am at 309 right now so I've got 10lbs to go.

We can do this!

Okay so I am pissed because I am up 1.5 (326.5), you would think being over 300 pounds would make me want to starve myself to lose weight but no I continue to overeat and although I over ate Atkins type food I still over ate.

Well, I am refocused and thank God for this board because if I didn't have this board to come to and vent I would be eating a big plate of pancakes drizzled in maple syrup right now!!

I haven't so today I am keeping it to inductions levels like I am suppose to. I did have come caff. tea with 3 extras to wake me up this morning but hey better than the heaps of macademia nuts and strawberries I ate yesterday.

So, when are our weigh ins? Mon, Tues, ??? (as you can see I weigh everyday because I am compulsive and can't help it so I hope you don't mind occassionally me either cheering or ranting about my weight on a none weigh day:-)

Sharon, hang in there, get back to basics and follow the program, you can do it! I weigh in every day so I just update it whenever I'm down. You can do the same if you'd like

I was down another pound today and am getting really excited to get to 299!

Wow you are really moving !! Pretty soon you'll be entering or starting a 250 countdown. Congrats!! Okay so whenever I lose I will be sure to post...hopefully tomorrow:-)!!

So, tell me what have you been eating sometimes I am at lose on what to eat to keep me moving downwards. Being that we have similar weight to lose I wonder if eating differently would get me really going:-)!!

Just a little about me for the group:

I am a 33 y.o. single mother of 3 (14,11,8), trying to finish my MBA while working fulltime (thank God for the Univ. of Phoenix) and on top of everything else I am trying to lose weight Oh yeah I live in Michigan and I am a Pistons fanatic

Sharon, I may not be the best person to give advice on what to eat, I don't always eat all my veggies and I sometimes use the dreaded "frankenfoods"

But my a typical day might look something like this:

1 cup cofee with 1T heavy cream and SF syrup
1 peice LC cheesecake (if I eat breakfast at all)

1 or 2 hamburger patties with cheddar cheese
a couple leaves of lettuce
a couple slices of tomatoe
2-3T of mayonnaise

Cheese omelet
1 slice LC bread
1/2 avacado

Italian cream soda with 3oz heavy cream, SF syrup and club soda

Usually my carbs are about 5%, fat is 75% and protein is 20%

This morning I am at a solid 325, I've been battling with that extra 1.5 pounds I gained on the weekend eating frankenfoods and strawberries. So, I am back on course and although I doubt I meet my planned 5 pound lose by Friday I hope to lose something between now and then.

Elisann thanks for the food information, I set up a fitday plan and I am going to experiment with different ratios until I find the one that works for me...I forgot fitday was so handy.

Hey how is the rest of the group doing? I hope you guys are seeing a positive results on the scale.
