I did not lose anything the first week, and was a little frustrated. I didn't have too too much to lose (15 pounds), and I don't have much time to exercise, so after reading through the forums quite a bit, I came to the conclusion that my calories were a bit too high for my size and activity level. I was tracking on www.fitday.com (do you have an account yet? It's extremely helpful) and saw that I was eating between 1800 and 2200 calories per day. I cut back to 1300-1500 and finally my weight has started moving, though slowly. On induction, I keep my carbs below 20 and drink as much water as I can stand. See if these things help. Watch your calories (roughly 12 per pound of bodyweight is a good general rule), watch your carbs, drink lots and lots of water, and exercise. And sometimes it just takes some time to get started, so don't lose hope. Good luck!
