Question Dorothy Lynch Dressing

I love Dorothy Lynch dressing and have eaten it all along and lost 43 pounds. Does anyone have a recipe for this that would be low carb? I haven't had much success with the search here. Thanks in advance for your help! Have a great week!

I checked the site and it looks like a red-type "French" dressing.

Here's a starting point.

French Dressing
Makes about 3/4 cup

2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. bulk Splenda
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Blend in a blender until combined. For best flavour, let sit overnight refrigerated. Keep refrigerated.

I would use Karen's recipe but add some celery seed and dry mustard to get the original flavour, if that's what you're after.

Here's the 'original' copycat recipe...
