You got it, Eva,

We do it, because we like it! Call it our drug of choice: Endorphins!

Traveling the countryside, doing rides in San Francisco, San Jose, Napa Valley, Pismo Beach, Lake Tahoe, Marin County, Carmel Valley, etc; with a few hundred of my fellow cyclists; with my wife right next to me; my son to my right and my daughter to my left. All the great food at the stops, the live entertainment after the ride, the great weather! the great scenery! Resting Heart Rates Under 50!

Just the preparation has me drooling!

DO I REALLY HAVE TO STOP AND GO TO WORK?

J.

Leg day is my favorite day too. Training quads tonight!!!

Nothing compares to the feeling of squatting until your body tells you "OK buddy, stop!" ... then you have to spend 5 mins sitting against the wall until you can stand up again ... to hobble to the leg press ... That's my Friday night ... LOL ...

And 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal, 2 T. honey, 10 oz. sweet potato, and a banana.
