Cruises have a LOT of food, lunch layouts include sandwich stuff, just eat the meat/cheese & salads, breakfast? that's easy, bacon, eggs, sausage, cheese. Dinner? Skip the alcohol and feast on lobster, beef, chicken & vegetables. Cruise ships are great for low-carbing because there's so much FOOD. Yes there is lots of other stuff too, but you're strong and can conquer it..................
