Elimy: You are certainly welcome here! The Triple Digits Club is a place for all of us who have had 100 pounds to lose but it is also a place for our friends and supporters and anyone who can benefit from the issues that affect those of us with a lot of weight to lose. The 100 is just a number . It is really a place for those of use who are going to be here awhile. I am glad you are joining us!

I don't think many of us are sure about what our goal weight should be. We just make an educated guess based on charts or what we used to weigh . Clothing size and how you feel are really going to determine what that weight will be. As folks enter maintenance they seem to adjust their goal up or down depending on that. Welcome aboard!

Tulips,

Thanks for the nice welcome!

Cheryl,

Wow, I'm flattered. I look at everyone here as an inspiration!

Orchid,

Thanks so much! I know with this kind of support, it would be hard not to get to a healthy weight, be it 125 or 140, etc. As long as I have you guys and this forum, I know it's possible!

I'm sure I'll be back with more questions!

Have a beautiful day!

Emily
