I have been pretty stressed out lately and have noticed it had made my appetite increase quite a bit. Does this happen to anyone else? At first I thought that maybe I was just eating because i was stressed but I get hunger pains.

Stress and boredom still trigger eating for me. Now I drink more water or eat a LC friendly snak if I cant shake the desire to eat.

I always get hungry when stressed, tired, or bored. It is comforting to have a full tummy to me ... plus ... eating to me just is enjoyable and takes my mind off of whatever is bothering me so I can relate.

I eat when I am hungry ... just make sure I eat what is allowed. I am usually better by the next day after a really good night's sleep.
