Hi Melissa!
I tried low carbing 8 times (yes. Eight.) before I succeeded. I kept coming back here saying, "This time, I'll do it. This time, I mean it."
Looking at your fitday, it looks like you're making a lot of the same choices that I did... I never followed strict induction, I relied on franken foods. In a way, I was setting myself up for failure--because I wasn't changing my mindset. I was just replacing my high carb food with low carb versions... and it didn't do anything for me.
I suggest going strict induction. Drink nothing but water. Eat lots of meat, lots of green fresh veggies, eggs and a moderate amount of cheese. Start when you have a day or two free, so you can eat four or five small meals a day. Every time you feel hungry, or a craving, eat a piece of meat. Have hard boiled eggs ready for snacks.
I learned over two long, painful years that there is no 'half way' with low carb. Half way is really slow failure.
