Default McDonalds Active life salad

I tried the McDonalds grilled chicken salad today!! It was great--didn't eat the entire thing (it's huge) and also added my 0 carb ranch dressing. Anyone tried this yet??

I got the taco salad and just took out all those tortilla strips. It was delicious.. and the sour cream is a must add! I only used a tablespoon of the salsa... it doesn't really need it!

Speaking from a woman whose hubby is a manager at Taco Bell...I prefer the taco salad THERE minus the shell and beans. I wouldn't eat the salsa or lime strips either, just some hot or fire sauce and a little extra sour cream. MMmmmm!!!

Don't forget to subtract any fiber from the count on the salads.

I had the California Grilled Cobb salad, minus dressing +tomatoes and it was very yummy.. 9 Total Carbs -3 Fiber for 6 Carbs for the salad. The tomatoes must add a few carbs to it, so I figure its under maybe 4-5 Carbs for it, and its easily a meal with 33 grams of protein.

The step-o-meter is cute too, though dont play to roughly with it or else it will stop wanting to stay closed! heheh
