Good to know bevbme.....I also heard once that no one ever donates spices or condiments to food kitchens, but that they would be very much appreciated. I travel a lot for work and I always get these little tiny condiment jars/bottles with my room service meals -- ketchup, mayo, steak sauce, jelly, mustard, etc., so I saved them up and included them in the donation.
