There are a couple here in BC. A bit of a drive but I've been meaning to go check it out anyway so I'll take a peek when I'm there. Do you know the company that makes the Zcarb bars?
By the way Matt, you've sure come a long way, you look great!! Keep up the good work!

The hershey 1 carb also contain a sugar alcohol mix which has malitol in it.

I have the new one for cooking, thoughI havn't tried it yet. I am extreamly sensative to sugar alcohols. I found the z-carb bars only give me a very mild gas, not the pain and suffering malitol often does.

I even found some LC toaster waffles that use it

I just found the z-carb bars at Walgreens- yum! They taste like Hershey's chocolate, and are ZERO carbs. It was only $1 per bar, but they were small, half the size of a regular chocolate bar.

I think Erythritol just became "legal" in Canada and that's why you won't find much made with it. I too found CarbSlim Crunch and it didn't have much affect on me. The taste wasn't bad but nothing spectacular. Took me a few pieces to get used to the taste. Kind of expensive and not really worth it.

I have recently tried the Carb Slim Bites, both flavors, and I love them. The problem is they are so pricey. One box contains 1.5 servings and costs $2.75 at the only store that I can find them. I did find a site that I can order a case of 12 for $11.75. Will probably place an order soon as my husband has started LCing because his cholesterol is too high. a1nutritionproducts is the site I just referred to. BTW, I was just (this past Wed)diagnosed with seizure disorder (that's the bad news) and my neurologist highly recommended a high protein/high fat diet (that's the good news) as an important part of my treatment Blessings, Karen

I found the carbslim products in Canada at a Zellers. There were not cheap, but they were good. I thought erytherol was not allowed in Canada, but I guess not, since I bought some.
