Red face I've changed so many things, BFL no more?

Okay, first it was just the BFL food plan. I was doing a LC version, but still eating 5-6 times a day. Now I'm doing induction, eating about three times a day, carbs from veggies and no frankenfoods. Energy? Yes! So far....Muscle gain? Yes! But mostly in UB, which builds faster for me anyway. I'm really working LB to try see a bit more gains..So, at this point, I'm happy with my diet plan.

My other concern, and the main reason I went back on induction, is that I am feeling flabby?! Really! I'm obsessive about mirror image, and I just keep looking in the mirror and seeing flab. I have always worried about the length of the cardio and only using weights for 3 hrs per week. So for the last week (Mon, Tues, and Wed) I've been doing 20-25 min HIIT, followed by BFL workout. Monday I did LB, Tues, UP, today I did LB. It really felt great to get into the weights with a good sweat going. I'm making one more small change..lol..I'm doing 3 days on, one day off..ect..I hope this is going to do it for me. I'm easily put off, and I hated to see the hard work I'd done before BFL, seemingly starting to fade.

With all that being said, I don't know if I belong here any more? I'd love to continue posting and getting/sharing support. I know we are all striving to achive healthy attractive bodies. And I've really come to be interested in everyones day to day struggles, being so much like my own.

Anyway, I'll be around to cheer you on. I'll keep you all posted on what I see and feel happening. I feel great today!

Continued success to everyone!!

Joy

Joy, I think many of us change something sometime with BFL. Although I have only just started (I'm in week 4), I am doing the exercise part of BFL but following South Beach, or trying to LOL. I still like to think I am doing BFL and need to look in here for support.

If what you are doing is working, then good luck, hope it goes OK.

Joy -

MelC has it right.... Sometimes you need to find the right mix of all programs to make it work for you.

I think the hardest thing to battle is our own self image! Even at my skinniest I still looked in the mirror and saw the fat me. And then one morning I woke up and was the fat-me again. Oops - back to find the right plan for me.

I really like BFL because it makes the point that it isn't a short term fix that is is "body for life"... I wish that I had one of those super-quick metabolisms and didnt' have to worry about eating, but i do!

We'd miss you if you left... stop by and keep us on our toes!
