Question question about ketosis afte starting again

I am back on induction as of today. I went a little crazy on Thanksgiving and have to start over. I was wondering how long will it take me to get back in ketosis? This is the first time I have been out of ketosis since starting and had no idea.

Thanks

Anywhere from 2 to 4 days. Check our tips section from the menu above, there's an article on ketones written by Doreen.

I did the same thing. Back on full force this morning. I have done this before and found that it takes me less than 2 days. But I go super hard core first day (like today). Almost no carbs and a good work out session to try and burn up all the glycogen I stored. By tomorrow evening I expect to be back in to ketosis. I find for myself it happens a lot faster when I have only been off a couple of days than just starting for the first time. I have heard some people have a harder time getting back into ketosis. Either way it will happen. Good luck!

Yeah, I will check later today and see how I am doing. It was only a couple days for me that I went off the low-carbs so hopefully I can get right back into it, however long it takes I have to do it, I am convinced this is the way to eat for me. just sorry that i had to over indulge to find that out.
