Go to user CP and click on Edit signature.
UserCP is on this page in the green menu bar on the left side.

You cannot create a signature until you become a "registered" memeber - I beleive that is after 25 posts...

Once you become a registered member you'll find the signature options under "User CP". On the left side you'll see an option to "Edit Signature".

I was just under 25 posts, but since the site updates overnight - you have to wait until the day after you've made your 25 posts. That's where I was lost lol.
