Kind of scarey to be taking a pill like relacore Where are the lab tests for this pill and the results?
I think many of us wish there was a magic pill out there to help with the weight loss
There is one simple easy excercise that you can do that really helped me
Hold your stomach muscles in for 20 seconds
let go
Repeat
I do this about 30 times a day and it has really helped my stomach muscles
The key to fat loss is to excercise and diet
Think back to all the fads ya tried before atkins really helped

Keep drinking lots of water too.

I can vouch for this from experience, since I was still really unhappy with my shape when first got down to about 130 last fall. I was pretty bony through the rib cage and hips, and all of my remaining fat seemed like it was concentrated in my upper thighs. Over time, though, the thigh fat has finally seemed to shift, and now my saddlebags are pretty much gone and my thighs don't touch at the top any more. I've also seen some major improvement in my arms and in the loose belly skin. The changes in my body have been more significant than I'd have expected from a 2-lb fat loss, and I'm feeling so much better in my skin these days.

I know how you feel, because it's a letdown to reach your goal and realize you STILL don't look like a supermodel. In some ways, it's something you're going to have to come to terms with, because Victoria's-secret-model bodies aren't all that realistic an expectation in the first place for most of us. After a certain point, it comes down to genetics, regardless of body fat levels or fitness; we're just predisposed to be thicker through the waist or hips or thighs, and that's where we're going to carry more of whatever fat we have. However, time and exercise *will* improve matters, if you can hang in there and be patient. It helps a lot to focus on maintaining your lean body mass and shaping your muscles, and to take the attitude that the fat will eventually take care of itself. Also, this is a good time to do some self-image work -- pretty much anyone who's lost a lot of weight has some body issues to work through, and you may find that your fat problem has as much to do with your head as your hips!

Thank you so much for posting this, it's very comforting . The way you describe your body is very similar to mine - extremely bony upper body, ribs poking through, shoulder bones poking through skin, can feel my spine, etc... on one hand it's kind of cool to pretend to be so thin (even though I know I'm not that thin, just unevenly distributed ) but then again I want to look well proportioned .
Even my once horribly huge hips are now kinda narrow (waist/hip ratio has actually decreased... before my waist was much much smaller than my hips)... but the THIGHS, omg they make me look so fat. Huge saddle bags!

It's good to know that you were the same way and your body changed. Gives me hope .

vnd i must admit i've not heard much feed-back on relacore at all but still willing to give it a try.

i'm not really talking just having a flabby or unsightly gut here, i could actually pass as 6 months pregnant, the only difference is this can be held in where-as a pregnant stomach can't.

that said i've had a hell of a time trying to get my hands on some over - i've finally found someone willing to sell to me and accept a cashiers cheque but even that's going to take up to 3 weeks (possibly more) to procure, process and get my order shipped here.

i'm not pinning my hopes on this stuff but will give it a go.
