Hi JustMoony, I'm in Seattle too! Anyway, it's really hard in this area to NOT drink coffee, it's like sacreligious or something!

I cut back on my lots-o-coffee habit, my first grande coffee is regular, anything after that is decaf. I'd definitley get rid of the blue/pink sugar packets, try spenda instead, its great and doesn't affect blood sugar.
