Cool the water broke!!

well, broke my stall, anyway

well, in the two days that i have started drinking my required amount of water, i have lost a pound each day!! i had been stalled for about a week.

i noticed other posts pushing water intake & i thought i'd join in.

Physically, i feel SO much better - i can't explain it - it's just an overall 'good' feeling.

The water has definitely curbed my appetite, as well - it seems like there's no time to snack when all i am doing is trying to finish that next glass of water.

happily, my bladder seems to be getting used to the extra water (compared to my former dehydrated ways) - the first day i was running to the washroom about once an hour - it's decreased a lot since then.

i would definitely suggest to anyone fighting a stall to look at your water intake - it's such an effortless thing to do that might break it, plus you'll feel so much better

before this, i was probably drinking at most 3 glasses of water a day, plus one or two americanos a day - my (now) husband has always been nagging me to drink more water. i think not drinking enough was a habit i picked up from my mother.

i figured that my minimum amount is 9-8oz glasses (the 9th for the 25 lbs of weight), then for every americano, i now add one more glass; if i went to the gym that day, i add another glass (plus the water i drink while at the gym).

i was suprised (& relieved!!) at how quickly my bladder adjusted - i thought i was going to have to move my office into the washroom

Default rofl!!

ya know before I started this WOE, when I was out I would be looking for my next sugar fix. Now its where is the bathroom! I usually have a potty break every 30 min but its worth to flush my system out.
