AFTER INDUCTION, you can have some canteloupe, strawberries, blueberries or raspberries. But not a lot. Continue reading the book to find out when to add them, how much and how often.

If you haven't read the book yet, you could get basic information from www.atkins.com and click on "How to Do Atkins".

Different fruits are added at different stages. Induction is only 2 weeks long and is the only phase of atkins that doesn't include fruit. After induction you are able to add berries and cantaloupe. By the final phase of atkins... there are no fruits that are restricted permanantly. You just have to make sure you add them back the correct way and portions.
