Hello everyone. I'm a pro at Atkins. By pro I mean I have done this at least a dozen times. ;-) This time it feels different though. Never before did I really feel like I had a chance at sticking with it like I do this time. I know that I'm going to stick with it, and I know that I am going to get to goal. I also know it is going to take a LOOOONG time with the amount of weight I have to lose. I hope to make some new low carb friends here.

I joined just a few weeks ago. It's been amazing. These people are wonderful. You need to start yourself a journal. That gives us a wonderful way to stop by and see how your doing!!

Try checking a few of the journals out, they are wonderful. Some are very entertaining and some are right down "crazy"!! Best of luck and stay in touch.

I grew up in Iowa, a little town call Dunlap along the west side. I don't recall where Coralville is.
