Default Sugarless Gum & Garlic Sauce

Rach Rach here during the induction phase. Did well over the weekend. Terribly tempted to share my friends popcorn at the movies but snacked on the most expensive beef frank with a teasponn of relish I've ever had (LOL).

For lunch today, I had steamed broccoli & chicken with garlic sauce on the side. I was mainly focused on the food and didn't think much about the sauce. Is this okay? I went to a chinese restaurant. Also, what's the skinny on sugarless gum (Ice Breakers)?

I would have to say it depends what is in the garlic sauce. I know I make a garlic butter which is just butter blue cheese and garlic. All fine. I would guess off hand at least 2 carbs per tablespoon if it is like most salad dressings. The Sugarless gum is fine where as it is made with sugar alcohols. Just dont go over board and allow at least 1 carb per piece of gum.
