I would have to say it depends what is in the garlic sauce. I know I make a garlic butter which is just butter blue cheese and garlic. All fine. I would guess off hand at least 2 carbs per tablespoon if it is like most salad dressings. The Sugarless gum is fine where as it is made with sugar alcohols. Just dont go over board and allow at least 1 carb per piece of gum.
