Down 2#'s from last monday wt in but up 1 # from friday. Always seem to go up over w/e must get a hang on my eating on w/e but the lack of schedule sometimes makes it harder!

Wow, down 4 lbs! I guess the whoosh factor applies, even when I'm following a plan like CAD where I am allowing some carbs. I started dieting on May 1st, so I'm pretty happy (although I'm sure its all water at this point).

Congrats everybody on your weight loss! Lise, I have the same problem with weekends...they are always my downfall, but I had to work this weekend so it kept me on a schedule.
