Default MAY exercise challenge

Well, I was in the April challenge and I like the fact of making an exercise goal for each month. My April goals were a bit unrealistic but I think they'll work for May.

So, my goals for May are:
Weights 12 times
Cardio 20 times
Abs 16 times

I would love anyone to join in!!! If you want to look at the format we used, just check out the April exercise challenge. All we did was copy and paste every time to update.

Let's get fit!!!!!

I'd like to join too. I am taking a nutrition class, our class assignment is to burn 2000cal a week exercising. We have a little chart like in atkins that converts activity into calories. So my goal is 8000calories burned off.

Default I'll give it a shot :)

I could use some exercise goals - I mean to do it every day, but there is always something that gets in the way.

Since I'm a newbie to all this physical activity (yuck) (LOL) - I'll go with some realistic goals and maybe beat them!

I say I'll walk 10 times this month, do cardio 10 times this month, and 10 times I will do my waist/tummy tightening exercises (which are very different than cardio, and are actually beginning to show result! )

Please send me whatever I need to have to do this with you

I ordered a set of videos (slim in 6) which I should be receiving by this weekend. So until then, here is what I want to get done before I have to re-vamp my workout routine.

Hi guys! I had too much stuff in my personal life going on last month, or else I would have stuck with the April Challenge.

My goals for this month will be simple, as finals are coming up next week and I don't want to overstress myself.

So...
Walk/Jog 2.0 miles 5 days a week
To to Gym 1 time a week

Simple goals, yes, but they will get accomplished.

Here I am a few days late... I have some personal things going on that have kept me occupied.

My exercise goals for May are the same as April.

Treadmill-36 miles, Weights-12x, FIRM-12x Stairmaster-12x

I think if I am going to meet these goals I will probably have to cut out a planned rest day or two as I am already 2 days late in starting.

Weight has dropped to 140.5 as of today and by May 31 I would like it to be 135 as I tend to only lose 1 lb a week.
