Default Looking for Low Carb Coach

After 14 days on induction... I am committing to make low carb a WOL for me... I can see how carbs and sugar do not work for me.

In doing so... I am looking for a coach/mentor ...to work with... someone who has been on the program a while..feels healthy etc. I am looking for someone to :

Review my eating plan
Working with me on stalls
Provide thier insight in terms of working the eating plan.
Appropriate supplements

We can make it whatever we want it to be forever how long we both agree...

If anyone is interested ---- I'd love it!!!!!!!

Thanks!!!!

Ramona

You know, if you start a journal Nat and Karen and Doreen will keep an eye on you for the first month or so.

Which reminds me... I miss Raven.

Thanks Nat and Meeker for the heads up... and I do see that .... that is what the board is for... but I am finding ...that with individuals who have been low carb eating as a WOL, they know the in's and out's etc. I know everyone is more than willing to share with each other, but it is usually after someone has had an experience or needs help.. which on one had is great... it helped me alot....

I guess I would just like someone to give me one to one time to figure out have to make things work for me. As I would enjoy doing for others .. as I progress...

I will continue with my journal.. and make my way....

If there is anyone out there who has sometime .. I would really appreciate hearing from you....

Ramona

Ramona - If you like, I'll subscribe to your journal in addition to the moderators for a bit and see how we do - that way everybody else can glean all of the collective wisdom that we post together - how's that?

Good, Ramona - because as a coach I expect that you will update your journal on a regular basis (daily is best)

Hi Levee - !! Welcome to Low Carbing.

If you start a Journal over in the Journal Section, you will find that you will immediately start to get *virtual visits* from a whole bunch of low carb experts. The moderators make regular visits to that section and it's the best way to get the support you need!!

Post often!!!
