Cicero, when did you start? I would like to be your helper. I see you have only read Atkins For Life. Check out my profile to see the books I have read. I recommend them ALL. The Atkins For Life book just isn't suited to beginners.

Thanks, there is this point where I get a double chin, and a point where I lose the double chin. And I am at the point right now. If I go up a few lbs, I get it back. I will keep ya'll posted.

That's the first place I notice my weight loss. I can lose a lot of weight but until I see my face thin down it's not as noticable to me. I have had a few people who have seen my drivers license comment on how different I look. Makes me feel good.
