Post water intake and ketostix's

Hi all....

how much water is enough lol... i have drunk like 4 litre's today and going the bathroom every 10 mins it seems ...is this normal? or is that enough water yet lol....
also how long should i be on the diet before i test with the ketostix?

and oh yes one more question lol

it says on whipping cream box 2 tbsp = 1 grams ...is that 2 tbsp already whipped or 2 tbsp before u whip it ?

I would suppose before you whip it. Whipping involves adding air; that would for sure make the measurement inacurate.
You don't have to drink that much water, you're definitely hydrated beyond enough, but do it if you like the effort.
