not feeling very well today, so I'm not sure if I'll do more workouts later or not. Hubby is off golfing this evening, so it would be a great time to do more...we'll see.

Hey Zebra--you're very faithful! Keep up the good work. I'm now at 20/30. I've had my TOM so feeling rather pudgey these days.

Hey Everyone,
I'm back! I've decided to start my challenge from the start bc i can't remember what I was at and had way too much time in between workouts.
My hats are off to all of you who have been faithful and sticking to the challenge!!

I seemed to find other things to do yesterday, like scrapbooking, so didn't get a workout in until almost midnight! I really wanted to skip it, but decided that the least I should do is the 20 minute workout. My TOM is here too, so I've gained tons of water weight and just don't feel like doing much. I really slacked off over the weekend. Didn't do any workout Friday through Sunday, so I need to pick it up a notch. I'm half way there, and I'm not noticing it as much as I expected. Nobody else has mentioned that I'm looking good either, so that's frusterating.

Peach, I think you are more dedicated than me! It's just that I use this message thread to keep myself in line and journal what I do every day. I'm proud of you for getting up to 20/30 already! Great job! Are you noticing it? Are your friends/family seeing a difference?

Tasha~ You can do it! Sounds like you get pretty busy. Do like me...at the very least do the 20 minute workout every day.
Good luck!

Howdy!
24/30 Today! Zebra--I have some extra motivation: my husband has been away on an extended work assignment (San Diego of all places--it's rough) and I will be going to see him in 11 days (who's counting!). I haven't seen him for 2 months and I'm hoping that HE will notice a change! I am noticing the most change in my arms and in my abdomen. I wish my legs would trim down--still haven't loss any more inches there. I don't think I see as much cellulite in the mirror, so maybe there is some improvement. I went shopping for a swim suit, and it was the first time in 20 years that I actually enjoyed it! I really had a hard time choosing a suit, because they all looked fine! (It used to be "Okay, which one looks the least offensive.") I was really tempted to get a two-piece, but I know my kids would have had a cow if I did (especially my teenagers!). LOL! It is so worth the effort it has taken to lose the weight, and now tone up. I think I haven't been in this good of shape since I graduated from highschool.

You all keep going--Tasha, just keep pluggin' away, every bit helps, and welcome to the new ones in our club! After I reach 30, I'm going to start over again, because it is motivating to post progress here. Thanks, y'all!

Peach

I slacked off way too much last week. Have been sick and just finding other excuses to be lazy. Kicking it up a notch or two this starting today. I plan on adding more to my workout by the end of the day, but so far just finished the advanced body slimming DVD.
