Net carbs are what you want to count, but try to limit the amount of sugar alcohol and other sweeteners you eat while on induction.

Be sure to read the book. It will show you how to calculate the net carbs if its not listed.

I asked that question before and I was told to count the net carbs, because those are the carbs that afect your blood sugar (insulin) levels. I think that you're in induction and that most of your carbs should come from natural foods ie. cheese, veggies, meats, eggs, seafood, fats and oils. This insures that you can easily count your carb intake and aren't eating too many carbs, and you can eat more of them. Enjoy that BBQ season!

I count net carbs by subtracting the fiber from the total. I would stay away from sugar alchohols though, especially in induction, as they tend to stall.

I count net carbs, but sugar alcohols tend to stall me so I stay away from them if I do imbibe I count them but it might be different for you, but they are not meant for induction.
