Default Had A Quiznos Wrap Today

It was very good and only $4, subays is like $7.

Problem is this, the wrap looked white,, and was really soft and doughy like high carb flatbreads so im wondering if the carb count is accurate

I tried to email them to ask for the ingrediants and where they get them from, and it kept asking me for a valid email address, which I had already supplied ????????????

So, I dont know, if the carb count is accurate, they are really good.

Im now doing my own low carb diet, a bit of this and that, as Atkins does not work for me at all.

so, wish me luck

Lightbulb make your own

Remember when "La Tortilla Factory' was the only one making low carb tortillas. They are actually the ones suppling SUBWAY with their wraps. But now so many companies are on the band wagon and it's cheaper to make your own at home and easy to carry for lunch or a snack while u are out. Try "Mission" low carb tortillas at only 5 net carbs per wrap. A package of 5 costs less than buying one already prepared at Quiznos or Subway.

I just tried this today. It was very good! at 9.9 carbs it might be high for some folks, but it works into my daily carb budget pretty well.

Wish Quiznos would send other nutrional info like calories! I can't put this in Fitday!

Ditto here! I had a Chicken Carbarnaro and it was really good and very filling. However, the wrap tasted so good that I really wonder whether it has regular flour in it. Can't see where they list the ingredients.

I tried the SanteFe Chicken last night at 8.9 carbs with the sauce (which is really yummy). It was too good to be true. I was loving every bite of it! The bread totally beats the subway wraps for flavor and texture. I am extremely skeptical of it. Since subway's tastes like it's that icky low carb dry flatbread I will probably be more likely to buy theirs more often and save Quiznos as a treat once in a while. I just called the local store right before seeing this thread and asked them the carb count on the bread itself. They couldn't tell me and the guy didn't know the ingredients either. I think I'll have to take the road of calling and telling them I need to know for allergy reasons and see if they bite. After all I do have allergies, hehe Annie

Arrow Call the "big guy"

Call their corporate customer service number and ask them who supplies their wraps. They HAVE to tell you that much. Again, La Tortilla Factory supplies Subway so Quiznoes has to be getting them from some major manufacturer.
