Default Blue Bunny Low Carb yogurt

I just bought a few of these because I didn't know how correct the label is. It says 5g per container. It is very delicious! Is this ok to have once in a while? I usually only eat 1/2 at a time. Thanks!

I think it would be ok, you may want to consider getting a yogurt maker and making your own yogurt. It is better in the long run

I buy these regularly b/c I'm too lazy to make my own. It's fine as a way to shake things up for breakfast.

I love that yogurt..the vanilla flavor is great and I found it doesn't cuase cravings in me like the Dannon Light n fit Carb Control yogurt did.

I love the Blue Bunny yogurt and eat it on a regular basis. The lc version at 5 carbs is great - very thick and creamy. I like the vanilla cream and the strawberry the best. I also get the Blue Bunny Lite 85 strawberry sometimes. It is higher in carbs because it has real fruit in it, but is still sweetened with Splenda and tastes great. Neither has slowed my weight loss at all (I'm in owl).

I eat it a lot too probably 3x a week. I love the vanilla with some sliced fresh strawberries in it. Sometimes I'll freeze a container of it for about 3 hours if I want something "ice cream" like...

I think most things are ok as long as eaten occasionally. If it is high GI and sugar, or alcoholic, then just much less frequently. Moderation is key to many things.

As long as you aren't haivng two or three everyday, it probably woudn't be a problem

Thanks! I love the raspberry with only 5g. I only eat it maybe 3 times a week.
