I found Keto ice cream at Kroger's over the weekend. I bought the Route 66 flavor(Rocky Road) & I highly recommend it. Flavor is great with chunks of chocolate, marshmallow ribbons & almonds. The best part is no intestinal distress!! There are 4g of sugar alcohols, but I suppose that's just below my sensitivity level. Can't wait to sample the other flavors, but can't remember what they are at the moment. This is a winner!!

the KETO ice cream tastes REALLY good doesnt it? My only complaint is the calories are so much higher than Blue Bunny's ice cream. 240 per serving as oppsed to 110. Also the KETO has malitol.. but man they are good. Esp the UFO

Yeah, it's hard to stay at 1/2 a cup too! I haven't tried Blue Bunny yet. The yogurt is good & my DH loves the drumsticks, so I'm sure the ice cream is good too. My, my so many choices these days! Quite a change from the "old days"!!!
