Default Holy Moly I have found my ....

COLLAR BONE!

I found it last night. Its been hidden for so long I was quite surprised by its appearance. I was itching my shoulder and I felt it. I went to the other side and I had another one.

I love this WOL. Its so easy with such great results.

That is so cool. I remember when I found mine too. Hip bones too. I forgot I even owned any of those things. But I do thanks to Atkins.
I still look at my collar bone daily to see if they are sticking out any further or if you can see them from a distance. I love it.....

It's really cool, isn't it? I went to see my hairdresser the other day for a trim and she just kept looking and looking - finally she asked me if I had been dieting - my face was much more defined - she didn't ever remember seeing me without a double chin before. AAHHH - the happiness I felt at that remark. Thanks Angie (the skinny thing that has two kids, gulps down food like there will be a famine tomorrow and still only wears a size 1).

I remember when I found my collarbone. I was talking on the phone and absent mindedly touching my neck. I felt something and thought I had a growth!!
It took me a couple of minutes to realise what it was!!

I enjoyed finding mine as well. It was weird. I remember running out of the bathroom before taking a shower one night and telling my husband to check out my collarbones. I think at that time I still had to bend my shoulders forward to see them. KWIM? Now that I am at goal, you can see them without all the bending and adjusting.

Congrats on finding yours.

Congratulations!!! I had a similiar experience but with the knobby bones on my shoulder. I felt the bump there and I swear I thought I had a lump or something...scared me to death..then i felt the other side and had one there. I had to laugh at myself...LOL Once the scare was over I felt quite good!

Wait until you lose the fat off your butt and suddenly you can feel your butt bones when you sit down! Then all of a sudden, you become a little grateful about your former carry-along cushion.

Not that it has happened to me. But last time I lost a lot of weight, I remember how much less comfortable it was to sit on a hard chair!

I found my collarbones while doing my hair in the mirror, and I was sure happy to see them again!!

And be careful, I noticed the first little while that it hurt to sit for any amount of time, even on the fifteen min ride on the subway!!!

I was just telling my husband the other day at my daughters softball game that I missed my butt cushion, but not enough to get it back. I didn't realize the bleachers were so hard.

I was SO excited when I found my hip bones! Strangly enough I was laying on the floor and looked in the mirror and there it was! Now when I see those movie stars with their lil hip huggers I'm like...hey..I have those hip bones as well! Now they even hang out a little. Even though I still have a lot to lose, I've fiugred out that I'm very muscular. SO I weigh more but I look like I weigh a lot less.
