Default Water sweetened with Splenda

Ok, I have been reading a lot of the threads on this forum, and now I have a question. I tried finding the answer, but couldn't find it, so here goes. If products made with liquid splenda have no carbs, such as SF DaVinci syrups, then does that mean that most likely my sparkling water sweetened with Splenda also has no carbs? I have been counting 1g of carbs for each 8oz of sweetened water, just like I have been doing for water sweetened with Aspartame. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

The water sweetened with splenda would be 0 carbs. The reason you count the packets as one gram is the "filler" that makes them a powder. It's maltodextrin, usually, which is a starch.
