For me it's a whey powder protein shake. I can customize it to suit myself with fresh or frozen fruit, yogurt, SF DaVinci syrups, etc., when I use vanilla or other flavored powders. For the chocolate protein powder I like to add the zero everything value Waldenfarms chocolate ice cream sauce, a TBSP or two of peanut butter for a Reese like drink or the SF DaVinci Kaluah like syrup with some coffee ice cubes. This makes me feel like I am totally self-induldging in the forbidden. In reality, the whey protein in either a one or two scoop portion, totally kills the appetite and any/all cravings. It stops me from thinking what I might want next to make me feel better/good because the protein deals most effectively with that mindset. I'm doing something very good for my body, yet the shake makes it so gratifying.
