It is so dissapointing to see how much being under the weather affects one's workouts .... went to Curves today, as I thought I was feeling a bit better .... very, very low energy ... almost didn't finish .... sure was slow going .... hope I fell much better tomorrow as the weather here is just beautiful and I want to walk ....

Finally got some more walking in, down and up a steep hill without stopping once on the way up, mainly 'cos I didn't want to lose 'face' with DS but still I made it

I got in a leisure walk yesterday. I took the kids to help a neighbor and we walked to her house instead of driving.

Went to curves today early around 8:30 am ... felt much better .... I think I will make a real effort to go early in the day, as I have more energy! Got a wee little walk in with my granddaughter too .... 80 here today ... what happened to spring ....

Horrible day here - if any of you have seen pictures of the London Marathon then you'll know what our weather is like. Stayed in tonight and did the whole of my WAP tape. Maybe buying new equipment for the garden and some bedding plants brought out the rain god??
